Large double bedroom near Acton Main Line

Hello all,

I will shortly be moving out of this lovely modern house and would like to find someone to take over.

My room is the only downstairs bedroom and you have mostly exclusive access to the downstairs toilet. You will share the upstairs bathroom/shower with 2 others as the other 2 rooms have en suites.

Bills come to roughly £80-£100 a month depending on usage. There is also a split cost for a monthly professional clean although we do also have our own cleaning rota which each housemate does every 5 weeks.

The other 4 housemates are young, friendly and sociable professionals, they like getting on with their own lives but equally enjoy spending time together as house mates.

You will be taking over my tenancy on the contract until the end of March with a possibility of joining the current housemates on a new lease afterwards but that is not yet 100%, so please bare that in mind.

Location is fantastic with shops, supermarkets and gyms nearby, its also right around the corner from Acton Main Line and only a 10 minute walk to Acton Central.

The house was rented as unfurnished so you will need to take over my share of the furniture costs. Which comes to around £200. This includes the brand new double bed and mattress, IKEA wardrobe as well as furniture in living room.
