Double bedroom in Acton

I'm looking for someone to take over my room (double bed) in Acton. The lease is until May with the chance of staying on if you wanted to. The room is available in a friendly 3-bed flatshare. The flat features a bright and airy living room, and a shared garden that’s ideal for enjoying outdoor space. You would be living with Nick and Olivia, friendly working professionals, and a gorgeous cat, Suki. The flat is in walking distance of Acton Main Line, Acton Town Station and North Acton. It is close to shops, cafes, pubs and parks. Rent is £700 a month and bills usually come to around £130 a month. The room is available from the 22nd of December but I can be flexible with the date. It is a lovely flat with lovely people and I'm gutted that I have to move so looking for the right person to make the space their home.
