Room available in large Acton flat

Small double/large single room available. Though it isn't an en-suite room, the room is right next to the master bathroom which I only use rarely as I have an en-suite shower attached to my room, so only use it during the day and for baths very occasionally.

Open to more or less anyone subject to references, but I would want a bit more rent if it was a couple.

Bills are not included and are a considerable amount extra (currently £300pcm for one person but under review; more for a couple). This includes a lot which I wouldn't normally charge for but means the rent is well below market rates, and means the total amount is split between the 1st (for rent) and the 15th (for bills). The idea of this is to make payment more manageable as well as making my tax situation easier to calculate!

I am open to couples but have a strong preference for single people, and would require a slightly higher rent and bigger contribution to bills if a couple are interested. But with that understanding, I'm open to it.
