A leafy residential area, close to 3 parks, 2 tube stations & 1 Overground station, 7 gyms, all big brand food stores, and bars, all within 15 walking minutes!

Commuting:
A pleasant 15 minutes walk through the residential area, takes you to Acton Town Underground Station for the Piccadilly or District Line.
Within 5 minutes you can stroll across Acton South Park, and reach the Acton South Overground, connecting to District line in one stop, and Kew Gardens and Richmond within 2–3 stops!
Alternatively, you arrange residential parking for right outside the house.

Shops:
If you love delicatessens, beautiful boutiques, or classy bars, you find all these in fabulous Chiswick high street, within a short walk, or a bus ride just minutes away. Alternatively, find Polish and Arabian delicatessen alongside Morrisons and Lidl, on Acton high street just 5 minutes walk away.

Sharing of spaces:
You would share a large bathroom & toilet with two of the flat mates, (one girl uses only her own private en-suite bathroom & toilet).
The flat is maintained very well, we love to keep all shared spaces spotless, and also quiet, - so we all can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing home.

Bills all-inclusive:
ALL bills are covered, ZERO bills/costs will ever be added.
No council tax needs to be paid, as it is inclusive in the rent!

Ideal new flat mate:
We are looking for a non-party flat mate, who also loves their home calm, clean & sparkly.
We will have a preference for a candidate, who works full-time at an office, or works only 1–2 days / week from home, rather than fully remote.
However, if you do work from home, and the ad speaks to you, connect, and we can discuss details in a chat.
Please note, the room is for single occupancy only.

The current occupants:
We have a British male, a British female, and one Swiss female, ages between 26-46.
Two of us work fully from home, one of us works hybrid. We all are busy, and often just see each other making tee, and have a quick laugh, but otherwise have very independent lives.
