Room to rent in a friendly house with a dog

Hi, I'm Liz, and I've been living in this lovely house for over 7 years. We've learned that we don't just want this place to be for strangers coming and going. We're looking for someone who wants to feel at home here. We often chat, sometimes play board games in the kitchen and have fun together, but everyone also has their own space and privacy.

Our friend recently moved out, so we're looking for a new roommate to fill the room. It's a good-sized cosy double room with a view over the garden, and it's located at the end of the house, so you'll have some peace and quiet. The room is unfurnished, but we can talk about getting a bed and mattress if you need one.

In the summer, we love to have BBQs and enjoy the garden. We also like to watch movies, have steak nights and play board games. It's not something we do all the time, but it's a great way to relax and have fun together every so often.

We have a Shih Tzu named Hasu. She's hypoallergenic and loves to play, but she's also happy to just cuddle up and take a nap.
