Hi! My wife and I are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in our flatshare! I’ve received a great job opportunity, and am unfortunately having to relocate.

We’re offering a spacious and bright double bedroom for £950.
Situated about a 5-10 minute walk away from both the Overground Station and the Elizabeth Line, it’s just a short walk from Acton high street for great bus links.

The space offers 1 master bedroom, a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room.
The space has brilliant natural lighting from the skylights and large windows in the living room.

We’re looking for someone to replace us as soon as possible, with the new contract starting from the 1/5/25 (so make sure you have references, etc ready!) The tenancy ends on the 31/10/25.
