Hi everyone! 😊 We have a small double room available in an apartment in a modern newbuild development in W3. The flat is 85 m2 (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom) in a very high standard with washer/dryer, dishwasher, double glazed floor to ceiling windows, big living/kitchen/dining room and many perks like on-site gym, concierge, parcel room, terraces etc.

It is located about 2 minutes walk from the North Acton Station (Central line) and about 8 minutes from the Acton Main Line Station (Elizabeth line). The bathroom will be shared between you and me.

Jaro (he) is a senior structural engineer and works from the office 4/5 days per week. He’s a very clean person and respects others. He likes to have a chat over a coffee, watch a movie, play games, don’t mind going out but not a party animal. In the afternoons and on weekends he likes to play volleyball, usually 2-3 times per week. He’s a rather introverted person and he values alone time.

I’m Isabel, I work in the legal department for an airline on a hybrid wfh/office basis. In my free time I go to the gym, explore new restaurants (I’m a foodie), meet friends or chill at home. I’m sociable and always down for a chat but also enjoy my solo time.

We’re looking for a like-minded person who is tidy and respectful.
We want a place to call home, peaceful, quiet in the evenings for those who wake up early. A clean place where everyone is mindful of the shared space. And good communication to share people we invite, ideas, etc.
