Hey everyone! Allow me to share with you a room that I've resided in for the last 5 years. Available from 1st of October. Looking for long-term stays but willing to consider shorter terms too, with slight price increase.

The size is a double room, but bigger.
The location is Acton, West London.
All flatmates are very friendly and professional.
There is a back garden, nice for relaxing later in the summer.

Amenities:
Lidl, Iceland, Superdrug, Poundland are literally just across. If you cross through The Oaks building it gets you right to Acton High Street (more shops). Morrisons 5 minutes, Sainsbury 5 minutes. There are weekend markets around Morrisons.

Transportation links:
Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) - 15 minutes.
Acton Central Overground - 5 minutes.
Acton Town Station Piccadilly line - 10 minutes.
Bus 207/218/607 on Acton High Street passes Shepherds Bush Central line +/- 15 minutes.

£900 is the price for a single occupant. For couple, it will be £950. Bills are not included. There will be a security deposit of 3 weeks rent, according to occupancy. For info, Council Tax Band is D.
