Small Double in East Acton

Hiya!
I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a 4 bedroom spacious house in West London mid June onwards (flexible with the date) . We have a well sized kitchen, a very nice hall + balcony and a bathroom + separate toilet. The girls I share this home with are working professional and rather nice to live with!

It’s a ten-minute walk from East Acton Station. And a quick walk to various bus stations (bus routes:260, 207, SL8, 148, 72, 228). It’s also a quick five minute walk to Tesco and Lidl.

This is an all girls house and my flatmates would want to continue to share the space with a woman.

The room is a small double and the rent is £786 (all bills included so you can keep the heating on year round if you want). My room is fully furnished and I’m willing to throw in little bedside table and storage trolley for free if you'd like.

It's small and cozy but can really liven up if arranged properly it also has the most amount light because it's a box room.

It’s in a very safe area, I’ve lived in a lot of locations around London and this is by far the best. I’m only leaving due to personal unavoidable circumstances.
