Double room to rent in a four bed flat share as I have to move due to work.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard. There are plug points and a good room heater.
The bathroom and toilet are shared between two people only and is located just beside the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, two refrigerators and a washing machine and lots of cabinet space. The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift available.

The rent includes gas, electric, council tax and water. Super fast Internet and a regular cleaner of the communal areas.

This is the ideal property for professionals. The nearest station is Acton Central which is an 8 minute walk. The bus stop is just opposite the rood where buses to Hammersmith and shepherds bush stop.
