Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my lovely room in East Acton and looking for someone to take over from 30th June. The tenancy is for 1 year, and it’s a great spot if you’re after a chilled and friendly home.

Location:

8 min walk to East Acton Station (Central Line)

12 min walk to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line)

12 min to Acton Central (Overground)

Really well connected – super easy to get into Central London!

The Room:

Comes with a bed, shelves, and a TV

The bed also pulls up so there is loads of storage underneath

I’ll be selling the wardrobe if you're interested

Nice and cosy, great natural light

Each room is on separate sides on the house so you can have your privacy but also us girls love to have a natter in the living room. ✨

There is also a Tv and comfy sofa in the living room and there are three bathrooms so you will have your very own with bath!

Rent & Bills:

Rent is £750/month

Bills are usually around £120–£140 depending on the time of year

👯‍♀️ Flatmates:

You’ll be living with two lovely girls – Sammy works in HR and Melissa works in a restaurant. They’re both really easy to live with – we’ve had loads of laughs and chats in the kitchen but also respect each other’s space. Super chill vibes in the flat!

Lidl is right by the station for groceries

Loads of corner shops and takeaways nearby

Close to parks if you’re into walks or runs

Landlord is also really helpful and quick to sort things out when needed.
