Buses stop just across the road: n.266 and 440 to Acton high street and Turnham green. Sainsbury local 2 minutes away and Co-op 5 minutes away. Nice café ,By Max, opposite the Elizabeth line station.
The flat is bright, airy, with windows on both sides.
The flat has an eat- in kitchen with a dining table, bathroom with a tub,2 double bedrooms,
The room available to rent is with the wooden floor, a sofa bed, a clothes rack, and a coffee table. The TV is not working.
We are a family of 2, warm and friendly.
We are looking for a female student or professional between 25/30 years old, tidy, respectful and clean ,that fits around our routine.
No parties and friends allowed for sleep over.
No smokers or people working from home.
Bills are all included( except £ 15 monthly for household products.)
