Located within a 7 minute walk of Acton Town Station (Piccadilly and District Lines), 15 minutes from South Acton (Overground), and served by frequent bus routes to Chiswick, Ealing and Kensington.
The house consists of six young professionals and an additional furry housemate Dustin the cat. Everyone is really friendly and sociable - we often cook together, attend sports events/gigs and chill in the garden (weather permitting!). Everyone is really respectful of one another. Many of us have been here for almost five years.
The house has a nice communal lounge, dining room area, massive kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer and dryer, two bathrooms, downstairs WC, copious amounts of storage space and a lovely garden with lawn, flower beds and covered patio. An amazing property for the price!
On-street permit parking is available.
All bills are included within the monthly rental payment, excluding gas/electric which on average tends to be an additional £25 a month.
The landlord is very responsive, and keeps on top of any maintenance problems that crop up.
Council Tax Band - G
Prospective tenant must be a young professional aged 21-30, and a non-drug user. Non-smoker preferable.
Move-in date from 18th September 2025.
