I am looking for someone who is interested in the following short let scenarios:

Scenario 1 (£650 p/w): You will sleep in the room with the cream bedsheets and have your own bathroom. We will share kitchen, garden use and I will stay in the bedroom with the blue bedsheets.

Scenario 2 (£900 (p/w): For an additional cost, I will sleep in the outhouse (can be seen in garden photo) and you can have the entire house (2 bedrooms) to yourself and I will have intermittent use of the garden/kitchen.

Scenario 3 (£1,200 p/w): For an additional cost, I can give you the entire undisturbed access to the entire flat, kitchen and garden and I will not be at the property at all (outhouse will remain off limits).

Ideally, I want someone who will stay 3 days - 2 weeks. Bills are included and deposit will be required.

No smokers, no parties, and someone who will be respectful of the property. Ideally working professionals.
