Double room. Bills incl. Two cats

Video shows layout. Except the living room is now my bedroom. And I've installed a better hob and oven as well as a dishwasher.

The bedroom is the one available.

Churchfield Road.

It’s a 1 bed flat originally but moved bed into living room. So now there’s an empty bedroom.

There’s a closet and TV in the bedroom. Still need to buy a bed which I’ll get ASAP.

I have a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

There’s central heating and a smart thermostat so won’t be cold in the winter.

I also have two tabby cats.

I have this flat until February.

Not an ideal rental but might work for someone.

I’m pretty quiet and chill. I work as a software engineer. It’s hybrid so I’m home a decent amount of the time.

Quite a social person but don’t mind it if you aren’t.
