Looking for a friendly young professional to join our lovely house in Acton Town.

You’d be living with a creative account manager, an autocue operator and sound recordist, and a product executive (2 boys, 1 girl, aged 26-28). We are ideally looking for a girl to keep the balance of the house.

We are a chilled but hardworking professional house, we like to socialise (watching tv or films on an evening, pub trips/pub quiz, games nights) but also value our independence and quiet times in the house.

We would love someone who can contribute to making the house a home, and is clean and respectful.

About the room:
Upstairs room, comes with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Available from 1st March (could be earlier, but 1st March latest date).

£625 not including bills (bills usually come to around £160 per month but may fluctuate in winter) permit parking (on-street) available.

Location: 2 minute walk from Acton Town Station (Piccadilly Line/District Line), 10 minute walk from South Acton (Overground), 30 minute walk from Ealing Broadway/Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line).

Bathrooms: The house has one bathroom and one separate toilet room.

Local Amenities: Morrisons and Lidl are a 10 minute walk from the property, Pure Gym and The Gym are a 10 minute walk from the property.

Pets: This house is not pet friendly.

This property has steps at the entrance and throughout as well as steep staircase up to the room. There is a step up from the pavement to the path that leads to the front door. There is a step up into the property through the front door. There is one step down from the front door level into the kitchen. There are 14 steps up the stair case to the first floor. There is a step down out the back door into the garden. Neither of the bathrooms have grab rails for either the toilets or the shower. There is also no emergency alarm.
