Girls house share Double en-suite room!

Hello!
Sadly our lovely housemate is moving home to Australia but this means that a double room with its own bathroom is now available in our lovely house.

The room is on the ground and has the luxury of its own shower room. It comes furnished, so has a bed (current one is not included but landlord is buying a new one) a 3 birth wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a book shelf. (Some stuff in the pics isn’t included so iv put an X through them)

In terms of the rest of the house, there's a really large kitchen diner, which opens out onto the garden, which has been perfect for summer BBQ's and gatherings! We've also got a shared living room which is perfect for an evening binge watching Netflix.

We're a pretty social house and so we're really hoping to find someone who will treat the house like a home, and be up for trips to the pub and watching tv together in the evenings. The rest of the current house is 4 girls (31-37 from a mix of professions) who all moved in separately but have all become really good friends, we all have our own lives but we treat this house like our home and we'd like someone who is looking for
the same. As we are all gals in our 30s we are looking for someone who’s 30+.

Our house mate also dog sits from time to time so we need someone whose open to being around dogs :)

The house is in a really great area! The edge of Acton/ Shepherds Bush. We are a 15 minute stroll into Shepherds Bush (Central/Hammersmith & City/Overground), or there are really good bus links for when it's raining! Also walking distance to Acton central overground and the district line (Turnham green/Stamford brook).
The buses also run into Hammersmith and Acton within 15 minutes. And we're also a short walk away from Chiswick which has a really lovely high road full of nice coffee shops and bars. Really easy access into central for work.
