I am sadly leaving this lovely flat, which I share with three other girls, as I am moving to Ireland for a new job.
The room is good-size and cozy and comes with a double bed with under-bed storage, two wardrobes, and a side table.
You will be sharing the flat with three nice and friendly girls from Spain, France, and Korea. We have a modern kitchen with gas hobs, a living room, a shower room with WC, and a washing machine to share.
The rent is £625.00 per month and the deposit is £677.86. Bills (council tax, water, gas & electricity, and internet) are around £80 per month, rising to £100–110 in winter. You may be asked to provide references to show that you can cover the rent.

We are very easygoing and laid-back, and we like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Sometimes we have dinner together, but we also respect each other’s personal time. We want this flat to feel like a home, not just a place to sleep.
