Lovey room ensuite for responsible person

we are two creatives one artist, one actor, of a certain age, active, fit, working, and interested, and have happily shared our home for many years. We love our home and expect whoever shares to respect it too.
Cleaner, every two weeks, dishwasher (hate dirty dishes left until the morning). Family drop by occasionally. You are expected to be independent, but friendly, and primarily responsible about your visitors. Liberal thinking definitely.
The room is furnished and has plenty of storage, (underbed storage too) but you are welcome to bring stuff of your own. The room will be very clean and available from 19th October, but the right person is important.
I have posted photos of the room, the decor is up to you and your taste. It is spacious and cosy, faces west. It is in a cul de sac so there is no passing traffic. We recycle. We have 2 parking spaces in front but we use them. You could apply for a parking permit for the street.
By the way, it is a LOVELY room, not a lovey room.....I need a proofreader!
