Very Large Room in a Homely flat

Very large and spacious room is available in our homely 3 bedroom flat. The rooms are going through an upgrade and the windows will be replaced with new curtains in a few weeks time.
We are 2 females who have lived together harmoniously for 3 years and looking for a new easy going and friendly individual with a good common sense and humour. We like to hang out together but we also give each other plenty of space. Must be clean, tidy and well functioning person who loves cats. Elvis the 14 year old cat also lives here as an indoor cat and is a very charming older boy.
The person will be sharing a lovely bathroom with a jakuzzi and a shower with me as Anya has the en-suite.

We have 2 fridges and freezers.

The room also has an off street parking spot.

The area is lovely with lots of nice caffès and plenty of public transport options.

DEPOSIT: 5 weeks rent through a private landlord.
