The rent is:

- Double room for single occupancy: £700 per month all bills inclusive

The kitchen is a fully furnished eat in kitchen /fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/
We also have all essentials for the kitchen /plates, mugs, pots, cutlery etc./

We are looking for a professional/student flat mate who is looking for a home as opposed to the usual noisy/dirty flat shares.
