Due to work opportunity, I sadly have to leave this lovely modern flat that I’ve been calling home. I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room starting now until 16 September 2026 (9 months), with the option to extend (from agent) .

💰 Rent: £1,170 per month (including bills), electricity is excluded around £10 each month.

• 3 floors with 2.5 shared bathrooms
• The room is on the 1st floor, quiet and bright
• Your room is the largest in the flat, featuring two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and wooden flooring with a big terrace
• There will be cleaning services monthly or upon request from agent website
• Everything can be fixed by agent, not in your own costs
• I can leave some of my furniture if you’re interested in buying them

👫 Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with friendly, respectful flatmates from Australia, Bulgaria, and Colombia.

Everyone has their own routine, but we enjoy the occasional chat, cook or drink together.

• ~7 min walk to Acton Town Underground (Piccadilly & District lines, 2 stops from Ealing Broadway Station, Elizabeth line)

• ~6 min walk to South Acton Overground

• less than 30 mins to Central London

🛒 Shops, gyms, and cafes nearby:
• less than 4 min walk to Sainsbury’s, a gym, and a cozy café

• ~13 min to Acton High Street.

• ~16 min to Chiswick (big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and plenty of lovely cafes — happy to share my favorites!)
