Hi! I am moving out of our three-bedroom apartment, and looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a friendly, well-connected flat share in North Acton.

📍 Location:

Just 5 minutes' walk to Acton Main Line Station (Elizabeth Line – super fast into Central London, Paddington, and Heathrow).

Only 7 minutes' walk to North Acton Station (Central Line).

Multiple bus stops literally on your doorstep – unbeatable for getting around London easily.

🛏️ The Rooms:

Bright and big double rooms with plenty of space for working from home or relaxing after a long day.

Comes furnished with essentials (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. – can confirm details when you view!)

🏠 The Flat:

Located on first floor of the house.

It’s a three-bedroom flat, and you would be sharing it with two other flatmates - all women. Our current flatmate is a full-time working professional, clean, and respectful.

Shared bathroom with bathtub, a spacious kitchen ,and common room space – all kept tidy and fully equipped.

💰 Rent & Bills:

Rent: £700 per month to be paid on the 3rd of each month

Deposit: £807 - 5 weeks' rent to be paid to the landlord, returnable on leaving the house

Bills: Approximately £100 to £150 per month depending on seasonal usage-winter/summer (includes Wi-Fi, council tax, water and electricity)

Council tax band- D

We fully furnished the house when we moved in, and we are happy to leave all of our furniture (we can discuss the costs on the viewing, depending on what you’d like to keep). This includes the bed, mattress, work desk, chair, fan, duvet, wardrobe, and even our share of the communal furniture, such as the dining table and chairs, as well as kitchen essentials like a microwave, air fryer, and utensils. It is a great all-in package if you are looking for a fully set-up space from day one.
