1 bright single room in a 4bedroom flat in Acton

Hey Folks!

I am sadly going to have to move out of this lovely flat due to unexpected traveling and potential change in work. Currently there are 3 lovely women living in the flat apart from me. All professional working in creative industries + a really cute cat named Noodle.

Isik (33 yo) works in fashion and has a 9-5 job, working hybrid between the office and home. Kyung (29yo) is an artist and usually works in her studio on her own schedule. Ji is a talented tailor and works from studio. It's a quiet, clean and respectful household where we enjoy chats every now and then and have our own space. We do regularly communicate whenever and keep things open and friendly.

There is a very sweet 4yo male cat (Noodle). He usually hangs out in her room and occasionally in the shared spaces. Photos of Noodle can be shared to brighten your day!

The flat has 1 full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. Both of the vacant bedrooms are upstairs. The flat has a big kitchen and a joined living room downstairs. The kitchen has a variety of appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, air fryer etc. We also have a private outdoor space to store bikes.

The area is very central and well served by all kinds of shops and supermarkets including Lidl and Morison's just minutes away, as well as pharmacies and different restaurants. The flat is 12 min to Piccadilly/District lines, 18 min to Elizabeth line, 10 min to the Overground, as well as lots of buses going on our street. There are several gyms nearby, a cinema and a library.

Important: Contract starts on 20th November but room is available from the 1st December, so I will be paying you for the ten days rent.

Kindly note: The deposit is £865 and not £599. Bills come around £100-150 per person depending on the gas usage. We share the deposit equally as it’s a joint tenancy. We are lucky in the way that the landlord doesn’t increase our rent or deposit every single year.
