Massive room available ASAP in Acton Town!

£1060pcm INCLUDING bills. Looking for a girly aged mid-late twenties!

First rent payment November 12th, can move in a bit earlier though 🙂

I have absolutely adored this room but due to relocating for work I reluctantly have to let it go.

The room: 🛏️
The room is huge and bright and airy. All furniture seen included! Bed is v comfy. Huge wardrobe and chest of drawers. Desk to work at, multiple little storage units. Honestly the most storage I’ve had in a room. This space has been my little slice of heaven. So cosy.

The Area: 🌳
4 bedroom townhouse in Acton Town. Less than a five minute walk from Acton Town tube station (piccadilly and district lines). Little sainsburys right around the corner, a couple of other corner stores, a pizza place, and an amazing chippy. It’s a really great spot. The street itself is residential and peaceful. Very green. There is ample street parking if you have a car. A five minute walk to Gunnersbury park, and there’s a tennis court right across the road.

The house: 🏡
The house is lovely. Kitchen is spacious and light, lots of pots + pans etc. Off that is a cosy living room with a TV and chrome cast. We have a great patio that was a dream in summer! Chloe loves to take care of her plants out there so any one with a green thumb would be very much welcome to bring more and/or help! There’s a half bathroom under the stairs which is great for when you have guests over etc. Ashley’s bedroom is also located downstairs. Upstairs you’ll find the room itself, which faces out to the street. There’s also a big bathroom with a nice bath and everything else you need! Very much a girly bathroom. Lots of room for all your products. Chloe and Sharmi’s rooms are also up here.

The flatties: 👯‍♀️
You’ll be living with 3 other flat mates all in their mid-late twenties. Chloe is a dance teacher and fitness instructor, Sharmi is a paramedic, and Ashley is a solicitor! A very fun and varied bunch. The house is very quiet and relaxing, though we have hosted the odd function. Everyone is really busy and mostly keeps to themselves, but are also super friendly, and always up for a chat in the kitchen etc. We have also done a few flat dinners at the local pizza place. Really nice girls.

Overall, I’ve loved living here and am very sad to be moving on. Hoping to find someone to take over who will equally enjoy the space!
