Description
Looking for a new flatmate to take a double room in 2-bed flatshare in Acton. 
Tenancy is until 8th September 2026 but can potentially be extended after that date upon discussion with the landlord.
The flat has a spacious kitchen, with shared living room and shared bathroom.
Property is a 10-15 minute walk from Acton Town, Acton Main Line and Acton Central stations. Lots of good bus connections within 5 minute walk of the flat too.
The other tenant in the flat is myself - 5th Year Medical Student studying at Imperial. As a 2-bed flat, it would only be us in the flat so it's quite quiet if you're looking to move away from a busy house share etc or want somewhere calmer.
Flatmate vacancy is open to both students and professionals, and also to all genders. Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the flat by the landlord and non-smokers only please. I am a tidy person so I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the flat and also of late-night noise, as I have early mornings working at the hospital. Looking for someone who understands we both need our own space sometimes but who is also open to socialising sometimes too - I'm always open to sharing dinners/movie nights/going for a drink as well - it's nice to have a proper flatmate rather than just someone else living in the flat.
Deposit is £1081.73. Monthly rent is £960 plus bills (bills for gas/electric/water/broadband combined is roughly £100 monthly per person), so overall roughly £1050 incl bills per tenant. If you are a full-time student, there will be no council tax needing to be paid. However, if you are a professional/non-student, you will need to pay council tax, but you will get a discount on the bill, as I am the other tenant and I am a full-time student.
Agency requires any new tenant to have a UK-based guarantor or if not, to be able to pay 6-months rent upfront.
