Double room in social flat

We’ve got a bright double room available in our friendly 5-person flat, just a 5-minute walk from Acton Town Station (Piccadilly & District lines). Move-in date is 12th December, and it’s a long-term spot.

The room comes with a double bed and closet, and there’s the option to buy extra furniture from the flatmate who’s moving out.

The flat has two bathrooms, a small shared living room, and a private garden out back.

You’ll be joining four others from UK, NZ, Australia and Ireland, all in our late 20s to early 30s, working full-time. We’re a social, easy going bunch who keep things tidy and run a cleaning roster to make sure the place stays nice.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and working full-time (sorry, not ideal for students). No smoking or pets, please.

Rent is £710/month + about £140/month for all bills
Deposit is £625
