Looking for a flatmate in Acton(Female Only)

Lovely flat in Acton. cozy place with nice flatmates.

The location is so convenient to go anywhere, 1 min away from Acton central station and 15 min walk to Acton Main line station, Elizabeth line (10 min walk if you’re an impatient walker like me) if you take elizabeth line from acton main line station, it’s only 3 stops away from central!
Currently 3 flatmates are living in the flat, they’re all professionals from late 20s to early 40s. No age limit but we’d prefer someone over 25.
Groceries, Convenience store, Gyms are all very close to the flat. Acton park is also nearby!
Rent - £570 excluding bills
Bills - around £80 in the summer and £100 in the winter (council tax, internet, gas and electricity)
deposit - £721

I’m very sad to leave this flat and i can tell that my flatmates are the best - they respect your privacy but also there’s occasional flatmate nights and we enjoy a little chat in the kitchen/living room. Kitchen and living room is communal space and there’s no limit to use it of course. :)
