I’m on the lookout for a new flatmate to join me in a cosy, modern flat in Acton (just a few minutes’ walk from Acton Central). My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so her room will soon be free. The contract runs until July with the option to renew, and your name would be added to the tenancy.
✨ About the flat / room:
The flat is fully furnished and part of a really nice, modern complex. We’re right next to The Oaks Shopping Centre — so you’ve got Lidl, The Gym Group, Poundland, Iceland, Superdrug etc. literally on the doorstep.
We’re super well connected too:
• 7 min walk to Acton Central (Overground)
• 15 min walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly + District lines)
• 17 min walk to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line — only 8 mins to central London!)
• 21 min walk to East Acton (Central line)
Bills come to roughly £140–£160 per month.
