Hi! I’m looking for someone to join me in a flat just a 6-minute walk from Acton Town station (Picadilly & District Lines), with easy access to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Westfield White City and central London.

• Double bedroom with plenty of storage space (can fit in a desk and chair, wardrobe has built in mirror)
• Large living room with lots of natural sunlight, including a small balcony
• Quiet residential area
• Supermarkets nearby (Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, etc)
• Easy links to Hammersmith (M&S, TK Maxx, Ikea, Boots, Superdrug etc)
The rent is £1000 excl bills. Bills typically around £180 (or less).

I’m 26, working in the legal industry, and WFH 2/3 days a week! I love going out, sending time in nature, gaming, watching horror movies, reading fiction & poetry, and shopping!
I’m looking for someone similar; friendly, respectful, values their own space but also enjoys hanging out or doing things together from time to time!
The flat is great if you like living with fewer people and having plenty of personal space. The bedroom is spacious enough for WFH, and the shared areas are cozy for when we feel like socializing ✨
