I’m leaving my flat earlier than expected as I’m not taking the graduate visa. It’s available from December 1st with no maximum stay.

It’s a large ensuite room in a modern, friendly 7-bed house located in a safe residential area of Acton.

The room is the biggest in the house and comes fully furnished with:
• A single bed, a table, a chair and a lounge chair
• A large built-in closet
• A private ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower
• Heated bathroom floors

The house has 2 floors and the room is on the 1st floor.
You’ll share a big fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a back garden. On the 2nd floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The house is quite new and well-maintained.

• North Acton (Central Line)
• Mildmay Line

The area is calm, green, and genuinely nice to live in. There are several parks within walking distance.

You’ll be living with a nice mix of young professionals/ international students aged 22–25, both men and women (3 women, 3 men). It’s a welcoming, respectful environment. Students are also welcome.
