Our flat mate is moving in with their partner in April, in turn we're looking for someone to replace them.
The house is really nice, well kept, modern and spacious it has:
A big kitchen and lounge, multiple bathrooms
A study/office room to work or study from home
Spare room for guests
Nice garden especially in the summer, it's kept by the landlord (really nice guy) who will fix everything and anything
Good transport connections, a couple of minutes away from Acton town station.
The letting agents require the tenant to earn 2.3 more then the individual room rent.
It's a calm household and we're quite a friendly laid back bunch, a mix of finance & law professionals and NHS ambulance/paramedic drivers 😊
It's unfurnished with white goods, bills are roughly £110- £150 each in total depending on time of the year
