Acton - Double Room available in 2 bedroom flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom of the flat I’m renting in central Acton. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, and I’m flexible with the moving date. The flat is on the second floor and has two bedrooms. You’ll only be sharing with one person.

Within the flat: There’s a large living room / dining area / kitchen with 3 seater sofa, arm chair, dining table along with desk. There’s also a 65” LG OLED for TV viewing. The living room has a balcony with superb views of West London facing Chiswick and Barnes beyond.

There’s one bathroom and you’ll only be sharing with me. I’m out at work 5 days a week so bathroom traffic is minimal.

In terms of facilities, there’s underfloor heating, a 24 hour gym in the development (literally steps away!) and Hyperoptic broadband that is fast and reliable. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants are also a stones throw away.

Transit-wise, you’re walking distance from Chiswick, Acton Town (Picadilly/District line), Acton Central (Overground) and Acton Mainline (Elizabeth line) are all 5 to 10 minutes walk away.

About me: I’m a working professional and have a managerial position in the TV industry. As I live close to the office in Chiswick I prefer to work there five days a week. Very keen on health and fitness, so I regularly go to the gym first thing in the morning. I’ll be out on business trips occasionally - so it would be nice to have someone here to enjoy this place during those times.

My preferred flatmate would be someone of a similar age and lifestyle and at a similar stage career-wise. Look forward to hearing from you.
