Double Room in a 4 Bedroom Flat in Acton (W3)

Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our four-bedroom flat.

We are all working professionals. Ji is a bespoke finisher and a tailor and usually work in the office Monday-Friday, sometimes has freelance job so works at home. Işık work in fashion and have a 9-5 job, working hybrid between the office and home. Aisha works in retail and work in full time. We like having a quiet, clean and respectful flat, we both enjoy having our own space but also keep things friendly with open communication.

Isik has a very sweet 5yo male cat (Noodle). He usually hangs out in Isik’s room and occasionally in the shared spaces.

The flat has 1 full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The flat has a big kitchen and a joined living room downstairs. The kitchen has a variety of appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, air fryer etc. We also have a private outdoor space to store bikes.

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful.
The available room is a furnished room with double bed, and goes for £675 per month. Bills come to around £100~150/month. There is also a deposit fee and we split deposit evenly among flatmates, regardless of room size. (£865)
The wide desk and comfortable chair come with the room, so it’s really an ideal room for working at home.

The flat is in a really convenient location — there's a gym and Lidl literally across the street, and other stores like Morrisons and Superdrugs are all nearby.

In terms of transport, it's well connected:
Acton Central – 10 min walk
Acton Town – 12 min walk
Acton Main Line – 18 min walk
That gives you easy access to the Piccadilly, District, Central, and Elizabeth lines — so getting around London is super easy.

I am searching for a flatmate to move in immediately, at least 20th of December, as I will be renting a new room from December.
I’ve lived in this flat for more than two years now, and I can confidently say that the safety and infrastructure in this area have been excellent.
