Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in our house share in Ealing/Acton Town. The room is available from this week (Thursday onwards) and it’s a great option if you need something quickly.

THE ROOM
It’s a spacious loft double room on its own floor, so it feels very private.
• Two skylight windows that bring in loads of natural light
• High slanted ceilings
• Tons of storage (four big built-in spaces + under-bed storage)
• Comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, clothing rack and extra storage pieces
• Two radiators
• Lockable, fire-safe door

THE HOUSE
This is a 6-bed student house with:
• 3 full bathrooms (shared between 6, basically 2 people per bathroom)
• Fast WiFi (included in bills)
• Large kitchen with two hobs, plenty of cupboards and 3 fridges (shared fridge with one other person)
• Washer + dryer
• Living room with sofas and a TV
• Front + back garden, with space for a bike
• Fire safety system checked regularly
The house sits literally opposite Gunnersbury Park, which is amazing for walks, studying outside, the café and the sports centre.

LOCATION
Really convenient area for students:
• 10 mins to Acton Town (District & Piccadilly lines)
• 5 mins to the E3 bus stop
• Short walk to Gunnersbury / Kew Bridge stations
• About 30 mins walk or quick bus to University of West London
• Local shops, restaurants, takeaways, Sainsbury’s and a pharmacy all nearby

HOUSEMATES
Five current housemates, all students (19–23, all actors).
It’s a friendly house and people hang out in the evenings sometimes, but everyone respects space and has busy uni schedules.
