Room in Stunning Flat in Quiet, Residential Street

I’m genuinely heartbroken to be leaving this flat, but I’m relocating for work and need to find someone wonderful to take over my room. Truly an oasis of quiet in busy London, but close to everything, this has been one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived, and I’d love to find someone who’ll appreciate it as much as I have.

The Location:
The flat is brilliantly located in a quiet, leafy residential street that feels wonderfully peaceful while being incredibly well-connected. You’re just a 5-minute walk from the tube station with both Central and District lines at your fingertips – you can be in Soho in 30 minutes, Fulham in 15 minutes, and anywhere else in London with ease. Daily life is incredibly convenient too, with both Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s just 2 minutes away for your shopping needs.

The Flat:
The flat itself is stunningly decorated – it’s been put together with real care and attention, and it genuinely feels like a proper home rather than just another rental. The space is bright, welcoming, and has so much character. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed, making it somewhere you’ll actually want to spend time rather than just crash.

Your Flatmate:
You’d be sharing with Kai, who’s 26 and currently doing a law conversion degree. He’s honestly one of the best flatmates I’ve ever had – respectful, easy-going, tidy, and just generally lovely to live with. The flat has a really positive, relaxed atmosphere, and we’ve both loved the dynamic here.

We found such a nice balance between going to galleries, concerts, plays together and also knowing when to give each other space to wind down and disconnect.
