I am the current tenant and my tenancy at this property runs until the end of April - so ideally, you would like to live here for a minimum of three months. I am very flexible with move in dates and the property will be available from 1st January onwards.

The flat is in a relatively new redevelopment of a government building - the flats are purpose built and this particular flat suits an individual or a couple. It is gated with a concierge and fob access which is great for feeling safe. There is underground parking which again offers another layer of security.
The flat itself is east facing so you get a great amount of sunlight through the day. There are large windows so it always feels bright and airy. It is spacious with a large open plan living space including kitchen with a large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a lot of storage space including a cupboard with a washing machine and the boiler.
There is a nice bathroom with bidet - warning - it is a bright shade of orange, so if this is an issue for you, please be aware. I have no issues with it - it doesn't really make a difference to me.
