We’re a friendly household of young professionals who are looking for someone to join us from 1st Feb. You’d be living with Jake (24), industrial designer & darts aficionado and me, Joe (23), city tech suit & musician :)) We’re keen to have people join us who’re social and friendly, and wouldn’t mind joining us to the pub or watching TV as a house!
The room includes furnishing including a bed, chest of drawers, built-in storage as well as a wide window overlooking the garden below. You’d be sharing a bathroom on the top floor with just one other person, and we have a fully furnished living space on the ground floor that you could take full advantage of.
Poets’ Corner/Churchfield Road is a vibrant, up and coming street with great transport connections with the Overground (Mildmay), Elizabeth line, and great bus links towards town.
Bills we sort ourselves - these usually look between £130-£150 max p/m. We have a great private landlord who is in regular contact and is great at restoring issues with the house.
