Double room with own bathroom in Acton

I'm looking for a female to take over my tenancy in a gorgeous 4 bed, 4 bath top floor flat in Acton.

The room

The room is a fair sized double. It has a stunning view across pretty much the whole of London. This room also comes with a small cloakroom plus a large family bathroom.

I’d be willing to sell some of the furniture in the room, but it does technically come unfurnished.

Flatmates

The girls are looking for a likeminded female who’s respectful, friendly and super clean!

Everyone has their own things going on but are more than up for a chat in the kitchen or wine night by the sofa.

Area

It’s a super lovely road to live on, with cute delis, charity shops and coffee spots plus you’re just a few minutes away from Acton Park.

You’re also right next to a small shopping centre which has a Lidl, Superdrug, Iceland and Card Factory.

Travel and transport

This flat is ideally located close to so many transport links! Acton Central (Mildmay line) is a 5 min walk away, Acton Town (Piccadilly and District lines) is a 10 minute walk away and Acton Main Line (Lizzie line) is only 15 mins away. There’s also a 15 min bus to Westfield which is really nice!

Finer details

Bills are not included in the rent and are organised by one of the girls in the flat. This includes electric, hot water, underfloor heating, wifi, council tax and tv licence.

I can be slightly flexible on move in dates. Ideally mid to late February.

It may take some time to process the name change, so please have referencing documents ready to go!
