• Employment contract
• Three months’ bank statements
• Proof of right to stay in the UK (share code OR British passport)

However, if you are student, with option to pay full term up front or are able to get a a UK homeowner guarantor, then that is ok too.

Zone 2 / 3 close to Acton Town. Acton Mainline & South Acton. 20 mins to Shepherds Bush, 10 mins Chiswick. Amazing location with a fast commute into central London via Elizabeth Line, District line or Piccadilly Line. 35mins to Heathrow.
