Take over my room in Acton W3!

£770 p/m + bills (around £130pm) + £758 bond. Available from the 15th February

I’m sadly moving out and looking for a new legend to take my place!

The Vibes: You’ll live with 6 others aged 22-30, 3 guys and 3 gals, and we’re all from New Zealand, Australia, and England. We’re a mixed bag of professionals from HR to restaurant management. We’re a social house but also love to chill in the evenings watching some tele together. In the summer time we love having bbqs in the garden or going on a lime bike convoy down to the river.

Transport: We’re very well connected with East Acton Station (15 min walk), Acton Central (11 mins), and Acton Main Line (13 mins). As well as lots of buses close by. About 40 minutes to central London.

House stuff: Two storey house with 5 bedrooms, a big garden, open plan kitchen and lounge, and a room we use for drying clothes, storage, and has a pull out couch if we have friends come to stay. The house has 3.5 bathrooms so you’ll be sharing with only two others as the couples have ensuites. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, two sets of drawers, bedside table, and a clothing rail.
