Nice view of the park from the dining table — perfect for working from home
Landlord is responsive, so the flat is well-maintained and any issues are dealt with quickly
Respectful of each other’s space, but also social when we feel like it

Works every other weekend and late shifts, so you get the place to yourself most evenings and the occasional weekend
