Double Room Available in Acton (W3)

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious double room in our lovely flat in Acton (W3). My current flatmate is moving out for personal reasons, and I’m hoping to find someone suitable by mid-February.
The reference check will need to be completed by end-February, with the tenancy starting on 1st May (April move-in can be discussed).

• Reference check required (to be start around mid Feb, completed before end-February)
• Non-smoker, no drugs, light drinking only
• Single occupancy only (no couples)
• No pets
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Friends/family visiting occasionally for short stays are fine (not long-term)

I’m hoping for someone who enjoys keeping the flat clean, is happy to share household responsibilities, and pays rent & bills on time. If you’re also more of an introvert, that’s a big plus 💕
