**SHORT TERM LET - 3 MONTHS - Females only please***

Hi Ladies :)

I’m looking for a female to rent a room in my two-bedroom flat in Acton, West London. It’s a clean, peaceful home that would suit someone looking for a quiet and safe place to live – definitely not a party flat or social house share.

The room is available from end March, until end June when I move out.

About the flat:

The flat is in a great spot – about a 10-minute walk from three stations (Elizabeth Line, Overground, and District/Piccadilly lines). It’s a quiet, residential area with free on-site parking… yes the WiFi is good too :)))

The room is furnished with a Hemnes daybed (which pulls out into a double), wardrobe, chest or drawers, shelves and has built-in storage. You’d be sharing the flat with just myself.

Shared spaces include living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is clean, comfortable and well looked after – I like things tidy but I’m human…

A bit about me:

I’m 38, British-born with Jamaican heritage and I work full time in a corporate job. I’m usually out during the day and keep my evenings pretty low-key – cooking, reading, exercising, or chatting to friends. I love to travel and am familiar with other cultures, religions 😊❤️🌸

Who this would suit:

This home is best suited to someone independent, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed environment. If you’re after a social flatshare, like to host people often, or want somewhere with a busy or party atmosphere, this probably isn’t the right fit.
