Living with myself (NHS, 24), Sharmi (Paramedic, 23) and Ashley (Solicitor, 28). Looking for a clean/tidy roomate who equally likes to hang out and is respectful of other’s space. The house is quiet and relaxing but we also love a catch up and everyone is super friendly! Such a cute vibe and feels like an escape from the busy London City while also being so well connected

The Area: 🌸
4 bedroom townhouse in Acton Town. Less than a five minute walk from Acton Town tube station (piccadilly and district lines). Little sainsburys right around the corner, a couple of other corner stores, a pizza place, and an amazing chippy. It's a really great spot. The street itself is residential and peaceful. Also permit parking available on street if you have a car

The house 🏡
The house is lovely. Kitchen is spacious and light, lots of pots + pans etc. Off that is a cosy living room with lots of space to dry clothes. We have a great garden and patio that was a dream in summer! We love to take care of plants out there so any one with a green thumb would be very much welcome to bring more and/or help! There's a half bathroom under the stairs which is great for when you have guests over etc. Ashley's bedroom is also located downstairs. Upstairs you'll find the room itself, which faces out to the street.
There's also a big bathroom with a nice bath and everything else you need! Very much a girly bathroom. Lots of room for all your products. Mine and Sharmi's rooms are also up here.

Cute and cosy upstairs room with a single bed that pulls out into a double with 2 mattresses and heaps of under bed storage! Wardrobe and bedside table included with some extra storage downstairs. Overlooking a quiet pretty street

Overall, we love living here and are hoping to find someone to take over who will equally enjoy the space! ✨
