En-suite room in 2-bed flat near Acton Town

Hi, I'm Alexander, I'm looking for a housemate to join me in this lovely flat in Acton Gardens.

Your room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, south and east-facing windows (with Juliet balcony, should you wish to recite Shakespeare to the neighbours), and is furnished with a full-height wardrobe, desk, and bedside table.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from South Acton station (Mildmay line), and about 10 minutes from Acton Town (Piccadilly and District lines). It is a 1-minute walk from the Sainsbury's Local and the Energie Fitness gym at Acton Gardens, and there is secure bike storage at street level.

We would split bills equally (energy, water, broadband), which is likely to be around £60 each per month in the summer months, and £90 each over the winter.

Council tax is included in the rent so you don't need to know this, but I have to include in the ad that the council tax band is C and the local council is Ealing.

There is a nice and light shared living room with open-plan kitchen and south/west-facing windows, which catches the sun throughout the day. This opens onto a west-facing balcony.

A bit about me: I work as an engineer (mechanical), I'm a single gay man, and I'm really fun you should definitely come and live with me. I like to cook, go for the occasional run, cycle, and I also sing professionally.
