Hi, im moving out earlier then expected from my student accomodation due to family reasons. I need a replacement. This is a very big accomodation, with an elevator, free gym, 24/7 reception, bicycle garage, laudry room, study rooms, indoor movie theatre and a social spot with TV and pool. It also has a 2 garden viewing points from the top floors, with an excellent view.

The original rent is £265, but i bought it down to £250 per week, so ill be paying the £15, only because i need to find someone ASAP.

The accomodation is right next to Imperial West London Campus and within 15 mins away from University of West London. It's also within a 1 minute walk to North Acton Central Line station. You are also a 30 second walk from Tesco, Sainbury's, a chicken and chips shop and corner shop.

Minimum stay is till August, after that you can reapply for the room for 2026/27.
