Hi everyone! We’re looking for 1 lovely new housemates to join our home in Ealing as a couple of our girls are moving out in mid-May (ideally 14th but negotiable) 💛

Women preferred please.

About the house:
- Spacious home shared with 6 friendly girls total

- 1 room available - unfurnished and comes with a balcony

- Two kitchens (no fighting for hob space)

- 1 shared bathroom + separate additional toilet. There are 6 housemates but two rooms are en suite so the bathroom is shared between 4. Additional shared toilet downstairs.

- Garden 🌿
- Office room (great for extra storage)
- Loft storage space
- Cleaner comes every 2 weeks

Location & transport:
- ~5 min walk to Ealing Common (Piccadilly & District lines)
- ~15 min bus to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line)
- ~20 min walk to Acton Town Centre (Morrisons, Lidl, etc.)

The practical bits:

- Rent £686.72 plus bills a month(approx £150 a month - goes down/up depending on the seasons - includes council tax, WiFi, utility bills and cleaner twice a month)

- Deposit - 1 month’s rent.

- Working professionals only (no students)

- Must be able to pass referencing (proof of income required)

A bit about us:
We’re a friendly, respectful house of 6 girls 28-30 and strike a nice balance between socialising and doing our own thing. We enjoy the occasional catch-up, but everyone also has their own routines. We keep the place tidy between cleans and are looking for someone who’ll do the same.
