We need someone to take the room from 1st July to the end of contract with the last day in the flat being 31st August. This is a joint tenancy agreement.

There is a potential option to stay on - you would need to find 3 flatmates and repay the reposit and sign a new tenancy agreement in September ( we would be happy to help with finding suitable people if you wish to start a new tenancy)

This would really suit someone who is looking for a friendly house as a stopgap or needs somewhere urgently. Please be ready to go with references.

The flat has a relaxed atmosphere — social but everyone also respects personal space.

* Bills not included but usually between £80-£110
