Double room available in a friendly flat in Acton/Ealing, ideal for a short-term let (1-2 months).

• 10-minute walk to Acton Town and Ealing Common stations (Piccadilly & District lines)
• 20-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, Central & District lines)
• 10-minute walk to Gunnersbury Park, perfect for parkrun or a weekend stroll

The room comes with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chair. You’ll have access to the rest of the flat, as shown in the photos. I’m happy to add a desk and a better chair too!

Bills are £150 per month on top of the rent.

A little about me:
I work in sustainability and spend a lot of my spare time running with local clubs. I’m into gigs, festivals, travelling, going to the gym, trying new restaurants around London and catching up with friends. The flat is generally sociable, relaxed and tidy. I work a hybrid schedule, so I’m around the flat quite a bit during the week.

I’d love to find someone who feels like a good fit and will enjoy sharing the space.
